Nowadays, technology is evolving intensively, bringing education and improving skills of accountants to a new level. Thanks to the distance learning systems, today every financial specialist can easily receive additional professional education without leaving their work and family, or spending time on commuting to a training center.

The distance IPFM education program was launched in 2013 by the CIS Financial Academy “Aktiv” and by Association of Business Management Academics in Asia.

The IPFM programs consist of modules + an online exam. They make it possible to receive the IPFM diploma (UK). Each training module includes: webinars (online seminars), archive records, an electronic textbook, an electronic prospectus, and exercises with solutions.

After completing every module, students are tested. They need to achieve a satisfying score in order to be able to take part in the next module. This lets then control their knowledge and makes it easier for them to absorb the material systematically. Tutors stay in contact with their students during the learning process through exchanging messages by using a contact form installed on a website, and checking their assessments.

Due to the increasing popularity of such an education format, the training courses improving skills of specialists in European Union were launched from September 2015. The first country in the region was Poland. The age of the information technology creates many opportunities to educate remotely, leaving the traditional education model behind, guaranteeing success and continuous development.
